What Qualifies as After-Hours
After-hours service covers calls placed outside typical business hours, including evenings after 6:00 p.m., weekends, and holidays. We prioritize no-heat situations, complete air-conditioning failures in hot weather, and water-heater emergencies.
Our Published Service Hours
We are available Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What to Expect
When you call after hours, we will discuss your situation and determine the best course of action. We provide service during our published hours and will schedule the earliest available appointment.
Safety Reminder
If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide or believe there is an immediate danger, leave the property and contact emergency services or the appropriate gas emergency authority. Do not remain inside — exit the building immediately and call for help from outside.
